never been on meds of any sort before, but I recently started trying a small dosage of this ADHD med called concerta, and FUCK my workflow has gone through the roof! finishing three tracks a day, and all of them 10x the quality of anything I've made this entire summer! how have I not found this earlier, honestly it's like everything was blurry and now I can see through the fog, that's how much of a difference it has made. I wasnt expecting much, so it cant be a placebo.

anyone who is having trouble concentrating or generally just with workflow, I absolutely reccomend going to see if you qualify for ADHD meds, they fucking work wonders

I took an ssri called celexa for about a year, its supposed to be an antidepressant. From my experience and understanding ssri's are not very effective at all and are actually some of the most dangerous prescription drugs you can take. I didnt notice anything while taking them, so I tried to stop taking them and had horrible physical withdrawals (severe nausea, irritability, horrible dreams, and it felt like my brain was shaking at times). I had to taper off which took about 3 months. I don't recommend ssri's to anyone but do your research first.
