I guess my point isn't really about money per se, but about having the courage to believe that things can be done to change the situations we find ourselves in without resorting to crime or doing people over.

If life is that bad, do something to move beyond the cicumstances. Ever wondered why migrants sometimes travel thousands of miles to seek a better life? (It's because they have the courage to get up and leave for pastures new.)

What's more, earning power isn't limited by profession. If someone is truly motivated, they will create businesses on the side which pay them at the same time as their main employement and their investments.

If all you personally believe you can earn/achieve is X through one route, why not begin looking at other routes too?

Q. Why is it that some of my friends I had in my teens ended up in jail and I didn't? We did the same thigns together at the same time. A. There came a point when I decided that route wasn't for me and I sought out ways to move beyond my surroundings. I left the town I grew up in and all the people I knew there just so I could start fresh without old links dragging me down.

Q. Why is it that some of my friends earn less than me today when they work 3 times the hours? We come from the same estate and had the same opportunities in our environment like local colleges and employers etc. A. It's because I dared to think I could be more than my surroundings and I've decided conciously that my background doesn't determine the level of success I aim to achieve.

Is it dangerous world view I eschew? All I'm saying is that individually and collectively we can achieve whatever we want if we believe we can do it and put some effort in. The protesters in Algeria and Egypt toppled their governments without violence!

I guess the glass is half empty for some... That's because positive minded people like me see opportunities and drink the first half when a drink is available lol. But note there is half left, because sharing is caring eh :6:

Good luck! :4:

:Q: Have some ambition man. I know it's easy to sit back and complain about how hard shit is, but that's not going to get you anywhere. Maybe we're just too optimistic in thinking that ambition is our only limitation.
