@Crow Steppa: Cool ambiences on the intro, love that choir feel, it's kinda Burial-esque. The lead might be good with some ping-pong delay to stop the notes seeming a bit repetitive. Drums on the drop are nice, hats might be a little too loud though. I'd recommend sidechaining the pads/choir to get the track pumping more - just to give it movement and help clean it up. The bass tbh isn't for me - it seems a little basic and seems to have a bit too much high end, making it stick out in the mix, try and tone it back and add more subtle movements - really try to get it to melt into the mix but keep it heavy.
@kale: Intro riff is cool, kinda japanese. The snare sounds weak tbh, just like brown noise - try swapping it out or layering in a sample with a nice punch. The bass is kinda basic, I'd tone down the high end - it sounds very digital. I'd also try to add in more elements rather than just the midrange and drums. The outro/breakdown bits are nice and chill
@chasewoood: Still not sure about that weird intro, that squelchy sounds is really weird haha. The drop just sounds like you took 10 Massive presets and lined them up one after another, not trying to sound harsh but you need to think about your tracks flow and please consider volume levels - some synths are way louder than others (the really high end ones sounded piercing on my monitors), get everything sitting at the same level and glue the synths together. Also lower all the synths and bring through the drums because I can't actually hear them at all.
@jclarkeiv: Intro sounds kinda gangster haha, like the synth work, sounds kinda retro but it's cool. I'd take the rev. snare of every other beat, atm having it on every snare doesn't give a good effect. I'd avoid ahving a sub-bomb before the drop too, makes the drop bass seem less powerful. Drums on the drop are quite clean but vary your hats man, make them natural - they get tiring quick. Try working on sound design and layering in melodies, atm the track is quite flat and dull - liven it up some.
@Chainsaw Police: Tracks down.
@almostskate100: I like the samples on the intro, damn that electric piano is smooth. The samples are nice man - gives a natural feel to everything. I might suggest adding in some low strings or a pad with some movement just to carry under the chords/melody - just to add another layer. Great chilled track man
@Filthor: First off thing I noticed is you could clean up and turn down the crashes a little. Up until the chords the track is kinda empty, try and fill that out. The piano and chords are nice. For snare punch, sidechain the volumes of synths with the snare and also automate EQ notches (e.g. at 200Hz) to happen when the snare hits (sidechain the EQ). Vocals are nice too. Overall I'd say the intro (2mins ish) is a little long - try condense it down and get to the drop quicker. Bass on the drop definitely needs work, it's muddy - cut the mids, saturate/distort it, sidechain some and get it really crisp and pumping.
Phew, fair bit of feedback there, hoping for some on a few of my EP tracks:
