Yeah I only weigh stuff once and write it down. 1 big tablespoon (an actual tablepsoon) of oats is 10 grams. 2 medium sized tablespoons of flasxseed oil are together about 10 grams of it. Packaging helps too. 400 ml of almond milk is 96 calories. Or when it's a more complex meal, I just write it down. 1 can of peeled tomatos and 1 of tomate puree, 300 grams of lean beef and 1 medium sized onion is what I need for my pasta sauce (plus some spices and shit) and I know how to make my pasta fit my macros.

Could go cheaper and just do whole milk, oats, some scoops of whey and the mother of all calories, PEANUTBUTTER. Tastier, better ingredients and cheaper. If you're really huge you can even add ice cream.
I used universal Real Gains once and it was mad fucking good, but it bloated me up big time

does anyone else do spider curls? They're so effective but I've never seen anyone apart from myself doing them.

I did them for a while but I don't know how well they worked for me. My arms always grew pretty fast, I assume from the compound exercises that used them. But I've always had trouble adding weights on any type of curl.

Part of the reason I work out is cos I enjoy eating so much lol. I'm gonna start bulking next weekend all through winter as I lost some mass recently due to illness

Enjoy mate
I've been on my bulk for the last two weeks and so far its been pretty dirty. On my first day I consumed nearly 800g sirloin steak, four eggs and a scoop of chips. It was so good.
Been on the mutant mass as well. lapping up those extra calories.

Yo good luck everyone.
What's everyone's starting weight? Might keep each other motivated. Planning to gain 1 lbs per weeks. At 137.6 right now NOTHING! Hope to get to 150 by november 11.
