If giroud was more clinical he'd be a fantastic striker for arsenal. he's a great contributor to the overall attack.
We'd probably get the best out of ozil if we had a striker with pace looking to make runs but a striker that plays like giroud but with better finishing would be great for us as well. If you remember in the first half of the season everyone was pretty happy with giroud he was scoring and playing well, it was only when he started pissing away scoring opportunities later on that arsenal fans started turning on him
yeah im in no way saying girouds a bad striker. i think hes pretty good. were just very one dimensional when hes the only option up front. thats fine when we have runners from deep (ramsey) or pace on the wings (walcott etc.) but when we dont (second half of the season) were so easy to defend against. giroud is a much better player when he the players around him can do this. i think with mandzukic or other big but maybe more clinical strikers, though they may get more goals through better finishing, wed still have the same one dimensional problem

On a similar note it's criminal Ian Wight didn't get more caps, one of the most natural finishers I've ever seen and he could score all types of goals

Only goal I ever remember him scoring for England he used an injured player to play him onside.

Giroud very rarely gets in behind defences and when he does you never really trust him to beat the keeper. There's a lot to like about him but Arsenal need a bit more pace and I'm not sure Mandzukic would be the right signing

You haven't noticed that if a country has good music it's automatically bad at football?. It's like 1:1.
Which means the guy who collects all the nice vids unequivically will have a poor taste in music.
I remember reading Messis book where some of his favourite music was mentioned, so I looked it up on youtoobs. It was not even funny - you felt sorry for him lol.

Also one thing that does my nut is the ppl who upload misleadingly titled vids 'Tim Cahill volley vs Netherlands' for example when the actual vid is some shite unrelated 30 second clip of them playing Fifa.
Who has the time and effort to do this? Literally seems to be the most pointless undertaking

I think their effort goes into the fact that it actually annoys the rest of us that much.
They should be made to never wear pants

Luis Suarez's future, with the Uruguay striker now odds-on at 5/6 to leave Liverpool this summer, with Barcelona and Real Madrid the joint favourites to secure his services.
Told you Ehbs.

Loads of rumours after the England game, why wasn't he linked to all these clubs when he was on the bench against Costa Rica
He may or may not be going, I wouldn't read much into rumours that bubble up after a player plays well in a game at the WC.
Be hilarious if he does go though, he'll come out and claim he had to move on because he couldn't handle being victimised any longer.
