It is! My dad invented it years ago.. you could call it a secret family recipe.
I know a shop in South Kensington that sells it - Italian place. Similar price.
I used to work in a warehouse for Fortnum & Mason in Piccadilly and there were boxes of them there, dont know the price but im guessing they're not going to be cheap!!

You had to let the milk soak in a bit tho. The milk tasted sooo good after too.
