Again, not really sure of too many round these parts.

Where the blood goes depending on the entry/exit wound. You shoot something, it would spray out. You stab/cut something, it would spray out.

A blunt object, like a cricket bat, would probably be better suited.
Ok.......Baseball bat attached to back in homemade bat holster for close combat, Gun for distance kills. It's a WIN WIN :4:

I wouldn't say I would be looking forward to it, But if it means I no longer have to work for 'The Man' then I am game

Office Steppers, how is your day so far?
I installed "hammerhead" at work to make grooves when bored :D

I remember using hammerhead like 5 years ago, when I didn't even produce. I just used it to make a beat for an intro live, for my band.
Its not too bad to say it's free.

Royal Wedding announcement ftw - 29th April will be a bank holiday!

So;

22/Apr - Good Friday
23/24 - Easter Weekender
25 - Easter Monday
26-28 - just booked off as annual leave
29 - Royal wedding
30-1/May - weekend
2 - May Bank Holiday

If you book off the 26th-28th of April next year (as I just have) you're getting in effect two weeks holiday at the cost of three days of annual leave.

Hammerhead - gotta say, love that program, been using it forfuckingever. It's especially good for the junglist bidness - done more nutty Amen shit in that program than all the DAWs I've used in my life put together. I think the next time someone gets on the Production forum asking "how do I make teh beatz?" just gonna point 'em at Hammerhead.

Anyone used Tunafish? I used to use it when I needed a quick & dirty vst host on my machine at work... kinda buggy, but still good stuff for the Office Producers' Massive.

========

OK, as for the problem of DSF'ers not having guns or other ranged weapons to defend themselves: consider me your go-to guy for ideas.

For example, there's always the car leaf-suspension crossbow...

http://www.rotteneggsx.com/r3/show/se/197876.html

========

Technical question:

So the hammer fell and we've actively begun disabling access to youtube, facebook, etc. on the server side.

The only one I really want access to is youtube (for obvious reasons) -

I played around and found that adding an 's' to the http (faking it as a secure sockets layer site) allows the page to load, but not the video...

Any workarounds you guys can suggest?

Could try going through google translate? Sometimes that seems to work for videos you're not meant to be able to access in your country.

Brilliant idea! Unfortunately it didn't work though. I know about kickyoutube.com, but... any other suggestions are right welcome.

RAD. That's some heroic shit! Back in muh actively psychedelic days this happened to me once or four times (not to mention in class when I was in college.) This may sound weird, but see if there are any museums, preferably art museums, around you that'll be open when you're done with work. It's a good place to get weird and not have people look at you too much: after all, it's art.

Oh, and
