Even with my slightly drunk, aggro demeanor last night. I stand by the statement. They need to get that night to a better venue.
Gutted I can't make Obey tonight! Luke Envoy's gonna tear Cardiff a new one. I'll be sure to catch you guys next time around!

Just have to point out that Obey last night was fucking awesome. Good crowd came down, and luke envoy and asusu both played absoloute belters! The first half hour of Asusu was one of the deepest, eyes down, driving selection ive heard anywhere, was a pleasure to meet in the flat with the sick balcony after too. Wicked result for (finally!) the first move to friday, awesome night...big up jon and tom!

I've only ever seen live music there, and since I sure James Blake will be live, I'm sure it'll be pretty good.
Even if there's not that much bassweight it's fucking lovely little venue. I can't go to that night, but luckily I'm seeing him at a festival in the summer.

I'm thinking they will bring in their own / extra stuff for it. I'm planning on going too (well, 80%) and looking forward.

WORD.
Lots of talks going on about the next one (line up wise) everyone will be pleasantly surprised if they pull it together
With regards to the "Wicked result (finally!)" Id say the previouse nights have done very very well especially with it starting off as a thursday night shin dig. The night has proved it worth and will start kicking right off from now on,
We should get on a b2b at some point Chris, hasnt been done since the MUD days way back when...

First off, 100% yes to a b2b. Has been years since mud! You should come up for a radio show at some point too, jon and tom will be heading over for one at some point soon, can have a cardiff takeover...
Oh, and i wasnt saying the other nights werent a wicked result, just that its 'finally' made the leap to friday after the first one was cancelled due to lame things happening!

I realised what you meant after typed it, should have corrected myself haha. Its wicked news that the firday slott is there, means the night can really mature propperly.
Well up for a spin on the radio too anytime, just tell me when and i'll come over. wish I could get a regular slot somewhere tbh, have everything set up at home but havent taken it any further. Dont particularly want to spin on a radio with 3 listeners if you get what I mean.
And im sure it wont be that difficult to arrange a b2b allong the line, it really has been tooooo long

So apparently they're moving it downstairs and bringing in a better system in Missoula for Pinch on thursday. Since it's free I'll probably pop along. Hopefully the sound'll be better.

Thanks man
I hope our set goes alright - our last set was on Record Store day in Catapult Records where we played a mixture of deep and also more "mad" (brostep - although I hate the term) sounds (to try and appeal to everyone). That set went very well and we had some great feedback

However, this time we're going in 100% deep (maybe with a few planned exceptions that should work out alright) and we're hoping to deliver a great set
Worth it anyway for room 1 - if you somewhat like DnB (most people on here do) then it should be £3 well spent as I'm sure everyone will smash it. Room 2 is mostly going to be house and hip-hop - I think we're the only Dubstep, which should be interesting to see the reception when we start up our first track and people realise
