To me very good, beautiful lyrics on a real poetic level. Not going out to get the most difficult/complicated sounding words, it's just real.

To me again very good lyrics don't get me wrong, but just not on the same level, it doesn't feel 'real'. I don't get any emotion from it, it's just word play.

It might be just a matter of taste, but I tell you most writers I know would say straight up Example is the better writer and lyricist.

Go check Klashnekoff and Skinnyman. I think you'll like them...two of the best UK MCs. Hip Hop, Grime or otherwise....and they are story tellers..if you will.
