sorry for being a retard..... i dont understand it either.
found the DopeLabs page with the links on it, clicking it takes me back to the dubstep.fm homepage. dont see the podcast button anywhere, the only thing I see is a link to media center - and its temporarily down.
im not a podcaster - and i dont run an online radio program - so I wouldnt understand this to begin with..... just looking to listen to tunes - can you offer any help other than "just go to the page and find it"

go into Itunes, under advanced get "open stream" then plug in the URL:
