Probably very very very few casual music listeners ever do this.

Quite simple really. I don't like "Anticipation", but I do like "Rutten", so I'll just listen to that!

skream's debut album was what got me into this whole 140 business, still listen to it from time to time..
And i actually like the new stuff with sam frank as well, especially "where you should be"; thats such a tuune! Skreamizm 6 is sickness (SNARLED & FNKONOMIKA <3)
Big Ups mate. You're exactly the sort of producer i wanna be, one who makes whatever the fuck he wants to make rather than sticking to the saame one sound.

As long as you like the music you make and play, I have no problem.

@skream
what I don't like in your shifting towards pop music, is the fact that when i go to a venue in Belgium (where i live) and you're in the line-up, I've gotta pay alot, no problem since I would be going to a set of a dj I love, but I just know that you won't be playing any dark tunes?
You do release dark tunes, like phatty drummer, but you don't actually play 'em in venues abroad (for example at Untitled, you won't be playing any dark stuff eh?)

yeah espire, I know, it was amazing, but times have changed tbh, the crowd are 16 year olds, trust me, I actually know them... the crowd isn't the same, and skream'll play what the crowd wants, he's giving them what they're expecting (I do understand this)
I just don't like that when you're a foreigner, you won't be catching any skream 03-06 sets... ever.

yeah, but when you wait for it, you can find a 06 set in london.
but everywhere else, you have to wait like hell for him to come, but you just know he won't be playing a 03-06 set. sadly...

Surely he has to play for his crowd though? If he played a 06 set to a huge audience there would be people with similar issues as you except alot more of them. I think it's unfair for you to expect this when you would only be passing your unhappiness to others (but potentially alot more others).

similarly,
@skream: what i don't like in your shifting towards pop music, is the fact that whenever you're on the bill in USA there's no chance of hearing you play great dubstep for even PART of a set. I'm no dj and i don't know what it's really like performing, here or anywhere else, but i've heard legendary stories of you smashing it at dubwar nyc and every time you've been here as of late, its been nothing of the sort. I'm sure you know what i'm talking about.
big ups
