If you had simply said, "hey, you can make fun of it all you like, but I kinda like the music this skrillex dude is doing", I would have gladly let it all slide. But no, you go ahead and consolidate by saying "skream likes it too, so it's ok and you're all wrong".
What he thinks about skrillex couldn't be less relevant to what I or other members of the board think of his music. We have our own minds and X-years of listening experience behind us. We can form our own musical opinions and don't need any one helping us.

skrillex seems to be winning, just by the fact that even people who hate him can't stop talking about him or mentioning him. Thats all I really have to say on the matter, I can honestly say I have not listened to a whole skrillex song, I genuinely have no interest in the sound he makes, but personally I dont have have the time or energy to campaign my hatred for him.

I'm going to put my opinion on a discussion board but I don't want anyone who disagrees participating.

It's got that generic "pop sound". All the hats and snares are white noise, everything is way too compressed, and it has some cheesy vocals on top. That is why I dislike this song but I guess I'm trolling.

I didn't like it, am i a troll because its not my taste?
