i'm with the 'play it if you've got it'.. friend of mine owns a rare edition of the jack sparrow lp on vinyl, almost one of a kind yet he still plays the tunes from time to time at my house. gotta be a good feeling
just found one of these, seems like a good way to display some artwork without having to permanently frame it, sits right above the deck for easy access

not really. it's fairly easy (and better practise imo) to learn to mix using the pitch and not touching the record once it's on the platter. obviously you need to touch the sides to cue it up but once it's on their you don't need to touch the groovesJBoy wrote:You can always tell if a second hand record has been dj'd with in my opinion.
