hey this is pretty cool! i want to try it with algebra and trigonometry as i need to brush up on that

hey would you guys try this isochronic tone that is meant to induce astral projection and let me know if it worked for you?

it gets me to the vibration/trippy part but i've never made it past that as far as i know

http://iso-tones.com/AstralProjection.mp3

instructions: just lay down with headphones on and focus on the sound

what exactly is astral porjection? i ahven't read much on it cus it sounds a bit like new-age BS to me, but reading reports from that sleep thread and a few other places it just sounds your actively ignoring hypnagogia

yeah Astral Projection is a dumb name and i kinda hate saying it cos it makes me think of ugly crystals and 'Om' wall hangings but it is basically related to lucid dreaming.

You do have to dig through a lot of nonsense with this kind of stuff though i know what you mean.

Having experienced it though, I can state that it isn't just a load of BS.

Oh, yeah I didn't mean that at all. I just think it's a silly name... lucid dreaming makes much more sense and invokes fewer visions of dreamcatchers, crystals and essential oils. :4:

The astral plane is changing a lot at the moment. In a good way. The disembodied entities and archons that are negatively influencing others in there and those visiting are being quarantined in effect. Or more so the astral plane it's self is becoming less dense so these leechy energy theifs and manipulative archons just won't be compatible with the higher frequencies the astral is sitting on.

i''ve encountered that bitch in my sleep paralysis a good 20x since last night. everytime i have a nap i slip into it. i either straight up meet the bitch or i do a bit of flying in the sky.

either way it's fuckery how frequent i'm getting it.

how can i missed this thread? i have been a year training with dream diaries, exercises and stuff and now i have lucid dreams regularly. also have really weird experiences with dubstep in dreams, there is always music at the background in my dreams, i´m constantly singing songs in my head normally and since i started controlling my dreams i noticed that i´m singing in my head while i´m sleeping too

had lot incredible dreams but also horrible nightmares, some month ago i woke up screaming and i saw i had pissed on the bed
last week i had nightmares every day because of the exams and tnuc teachers but this night i had a wonderful dream :h:
