that whole release is hard to mix, really noisy and the drums don't stick out.

Cant get it to drop in time, such a big tune aswell
Loefah - Mud
This one can be a bit tricky to drop perfectly with whatever's already playing
glue works nicely with kaiju - silverfish OR commodo vs lurka - capisce?

i'm alright with His Money, took some trial and error to find tunes it works with though
didn't realise quite how dark it was until hearing it mixed with other records i've got ahah

I find loefah - twisup VIP quite hard to mix, not impossible though
A few people have mentioned calle f and I'd have to agree.. Tried it once and never went back to it
And pretty much all of burials tunes.. The intros just ain't made for mixing

my problem is not the queueing or beatmatching, i just think it doesn't sound too good in a mix. it's like one single noisy layer instead of a composition of different elements. everything sounds pretty flat, but this applies more to his money than why they hide.
i remember joy o in his hinge finger mix not really mixing it with the previous track, he just punched it in completely, for the same reason i guess.

in the vip, start it 4 bars later than you would most tunes and the drop will be in sync
assume it's the same in the original but i haven't got it so i duno

or, use that spare 4 bars as silence to build the tension.

never been able to make it sound good that way, always sounds out of place since the other tune's in the middle of a sequence or whatever

but then again, it would not really be a mix? btw, you can do that with all your records, just start em in the empty groove, and wait for the sound to come in...

this tune is sick and well easy for me to mix.
Subterfuge is on a similar vibe and i find that easy to mix.
