I can log in now but button to have my reserved items sent is not working!
I guess I'll leave it a few days and hopefully they will have ironed out all the creases

Cant view my recent purchase history either.
Had missing vinyl but Tom swiftly corrected the problem and now sending out missing pieces in the morning.

Love to help the smaller record shops but really find it hard to shop elsewhere.

Had issues with smaller shops before that get dealt with swiftly by Tom without any agro.

a bit disappointed with the new layout. one thing I loved about RedEye was the text-only list view, where I could quickly get an overview of recent releases.

Yeah they seem to have taken away the weekly / monthly / yearly charts as well, which I liked having a nosy at every now and then

I was having problems as well, using Chrome. I changed my playback around to my basic speakers and I can hear all the music clips on RedEye. If you have something like surround sound speakers, headphones or whatever other kind of crazy shit... just set your playback to some basic speakers or something and all the clips work fine. Not sure if it's a fix for all but it worked for me.

Chrome on windows 7, surround sound speakers, works fine.

Gotta say, I really like the new site design, wish you could just click on the label name to view their releases though!

Your wish has been granted! Click views and select catalogue view.
