They lady I'm working with now is lucky because her mom is a real estate agent in an affluent beach town...
and gave her this spot right on the main strip to do her thing...

It's a shack(a very cute, expertly transformed one) - converted into a gallery and teaching studio
- on a 2 million dollar piece of prime commercial real estate...next to the Dogfish Head brew pub...




Now this is what I'm working with...half the size and in my parents backyard...30 min into the countryside
so it's just a studio - and If I were to be in the city working right now - I wouldn't have it at all.
