Surprised to hear that coming from you Nev haha.
Forreal, people that just make the giant blanket statement "omg lil wayne is sooo bad, this is whats wrong with music" are fucking retarded and clearly don't haven't listened to much of his stuff and fail to realize the impact he had on music from like 2006-2009. Obviously influence doesnt necessarily equal quality, and Weezy has put out more than his fair share of shit, but dude has released some good stuff.

He's not very talented though. He just puts out endless rubbish whilst maintaining a personality. It's fun but it's not genius.SCope13 wrote:ah yeah, +1 on this.volcanogeorge wrote:DOOM imo

Really I'm just starting to come to the conclusion that, aside from a few exceptions, people from the UK really need to just stfu about hip hop because they're almost always wrong.rayman612 wrote:This isnt the 1960s the world doesnt care about ur music anymore english ppl

Oneman?
Really?
Fuck off. He isn't a musical genius. He isn't even the best dj. Come on. Seriously think about this. Playing a load of tunes to trendy nobs is hardly high art
