The term progressive isn't being used in a revolutionary sense, it more describes the gradual changes that result in buildups and variations within a piece of music. Music of any style can be progressive.

And here I thought it was being used the same way as "Prog Rock." Silly me.

But:

Still not a fan of either genre for the most part.

Trigger Funk Presents DJ Fineline who will be gracing the CDJ's at Gigalum this coming Sunday with his unique style of Deep, tech & minimal house!

DJ Fineline started his DJ career in the late 1990’s. He started as a Jungle DJ doing weekly radio shows on the radio station Flex FM. After a few years he left London to head up to Wolverhampton following the educational path. After obtaining a sports degree he headed back to London and linked up with his long time friend DJ VERB. They struck up a partnership playing a weekly radio show on the multi-award winning Kool FM. Off the back of this show came play-outs at some on London's finest venues such as the Coronet, Fridge Bar, Scala, The End Club, Ministry and Fire, alongside DJs such as Andy C,Hype, Brockie, Friction, Kenny Ken and Funky flirt

After a good number of years in this scene DJ Fineline's love for Jungle started to dissapear, although the passion to DJ remained. He still observed the underground music scene keenly and in 2007 he fell in love with Deep Tech Minimal grooves of House Music!!! After a number of years House raving up and down the country, as well as abroad, DJ Fineline has once again decided to delve into the DJ world securing weekly radio shows on Flight FM and guest shows on the award winning House FM.

In 2014, as before, DJ Fineline once again has aspirations to play at some of the top venues in the land pushing that House sound to the masses and beyond!!!

I feel better about a DJ knowing where he obtained his degree.

I don't follow anyone on soundcloud unless they have proper sports credentials or at least some type of heavy machinery certification. Are you new?

Just what the lazy people do.

The cool people follow a lot of people, then unfollow them once they make it big in the game.

How else are you supposed to make other people follow you? What other possible way do you have to get people to follow on soundcloud if you are not following people. There is literally no other aspect of soundcloud that could cause someone to follow you or want to keep in touch with whatever studies/education you are doing.

Also, this just in:

Hungarian duo and childhood friends Patrik "Patziku" Tősér and József "Rodger" Erdődi got connected to dubstep in 2010 through Mt. Eden's music. Inspired heavily, they began creating music together. In 2011, Phaeleh's music had a huge impact on their style, encouraging the duo to change their alias to "Dubrenaline," and to compose more melodic, emotional music. Dubrenaline aim to make soulful music, that expresses their feelings and emotions, while staying fresh and unique. Their music incorporates romantic, classical influences and often has a dark, sorrowful undertone. Their first release, 'Dying Inside' is a classic example of Hungarian pair's skill, natural talent and command of musical theory.

Imagine watching a porn star having hot, rough, yet passionate but dominating sex to a breathless, wailing lover which, in this case, comes in the shape of a mixing desk. Forceful, dominant, aggressive yet somehow tender and caring
