Well, obviously presets are going to sound generic. They are... presets Loads of people will have them and use them. Presets sometimes come already created perfectly for a snippet of your track and sometimes they're just a great starting ground rather than the INIT patch. Also helps people deconstruct the sound if they really like it.
Thanks for the presets.

Hey,
Not sure if i am allowed to do this here - if not , i apologies and the mods please remove.
I currently write a blog around tutorials for NI Massive (www.massivesynth.com). I am currently creating a spin off blog which will focus on dubstep production tutorials (not just for Massive, everything will go). I am looking for a small team of contributors to help with this - and would be looking to pay you for your contributions. I'm looking for unique and interesting content, so if you think you might be interested, then please drop me a PM.
Similar story applies for NI Massive actually - if anyone is interested in providing tutorials for that synth then the same as above applies.
Thanks!

that seems like something i would want to do but..
1 i dont have a screen recorded or a mic preamp, i have a nice mic just no way to hook it up
2 i dont think my teaching methods would be good enough to be posted, let alone be paid lol. i think i would be a good teacher though if i made tutorials.
i use massive, Albino, FM8, Predator, Sawer and some other freeware synths in FL. And just started to dabble with Reason.

Hey, thanks for replying.
That's not a problem, a written tutorial with screen grabs is just as good I think.
The synths you use are just what I'm after also... Drop me a pm with your email and we can talk some more and I'll show you some examples of other written tutorials I have for this.

Hey guys,
Some of you might have used my blog massivesynth.com before.
Today i would like to introduce a whole new feature for MassiveSynth – called Knowledge Bank.
Knowledge Bank is a place where you can ask questions about NI Massive, or you can answer questions of others who may need help – the aim is to create a community where knowledge about NI Massive can be shared.
It's been a while since i posted any new tutorials for NI Massive here - so i though i would compile a list of all the tutorials on the site available to the public (there are around another 20 or so more in-depth tutorials for subscribers including 30+ min video tutorials!).
Also there is a section on the site called Knowledge Bank where anyone can post or answer a question related to Massive - loads of great knowledge and tutorials up there also. You can access that here: http://www.massivesynth.com/questions/
So - here are all the tutorials and free patches available - enjoy!
I'm not sure if we are allowed to promote paid items on this forum - if not PM me and i will remove this part. Most of these are 3rd party patch banks and i get a small commission from each sale - which goes towards the cost of running the massivesynth blog (hosting, sending emails etc)
I'd like to take a moment to thank you sir, I've been following your tutorials for a while, not regularly but everytime I check back I'm able to find something that sparks creative idea for me and you've really helped me quite a bit.
