Read something before that suggested most people have, unknowingly, never had real olive oil in their life, cos of the amount of fakery, dilution, etc. even involving some mafia shit. Can't find the actual article, but there's a load about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olive_oil_ ... ulteration

Buy our olive oil by the crate direct from source, small family run business in the south of Spain. Ridiculously good stuff.

Also cooking occasionally with MCT oil when it's just a meal for me :Q:

Oliver oil is dope, but just as with any thing food product on the market, their is always some mafia shit. I saw recently that makua money selling at 20/25 a pot, which was just low end honey with NO non peroxide activity. Spend your money wisely, always do research to find the proper stuff. For honey it's the UMF by the way, always buy com vita!

p.s can i what what is your stressful high blood level job

It's nothing exciting, it's just in IT, but I remember a couple of years back, it was announced that insurers consider jobs in IT to be the occupation with the highest premiums because it's often stressful, long hours, high demands, tight deadlines, etc.

When I changed my job description on my insurance application, it came down about 150 quid.

I'm not a stressed guy, but insurance companies seem to think I should be.

I wish people would stop judging and stigmatizing based on relatively inconsequential issues…

I'm always less healthy and behaved when I'm working a "normal" job…
because I just don't care.

When your entire day is consumed by asshole people and shit work…
I am going to enjoy my dinner…

I'll spill it down the front of my hoodie too..and keep on going.

I'll eat every bite of my sweet red curry...

and I'm short.

Nailed it.

People should just fuck the fuck off out of other people's lives tbh. Educate people so they can't say they don't know the risks and let them eat, drink and smoke whatever the fuck they feel the need to.

How is it fair for people to do what they want knowingly and not care? For example you smoke because you enjoy it yet you know the results, and then you get lung cancer and expect NHS to pay £1000s to treat you and keep you alive.

Lot of rubbish; illogical self centre argument only giving a shit about yourself.

If you wanna fuck yourself up, fine, don't depend on anyone to fix you then. Get your own private insurance and eat it.

This idea is trotted out every time anyone mentions smoking anywhere on the Internet and it's utter bullshit and always has been.

Around £11Bn every year is made from tax on Tobacco products.

Around £5Bn is spent on smoking related illnesses.

I feel no guilt towards anyone but myself when I spark up.

I think you'll find that taxing demerit goods to cancel out their societal harm is pretty Keynesian tbh!

Also, you can make that point about almost any human activity - everything we do brings us closer to infirmity and the grave. Live too long and you'll be a burden in your old people's home. Cross the road at the wrong moment and you'll be a burden because of your injuries. Every time Nigel Farage gets in his car he's turned into a burden by uninsured Romanians driving into him. Die early from smoking and you might actually save the country in the long run.

We are all a burden to society. We will all be a burden to society. It's not a contest. Your life is yours, not society's. You don't get a receipt at the end and find out whether you've won a prize, you just die like everyone else.

Yes you end the study of cost benefit analsisy of smoking. Well how about a give you a problem legal case - research "THE FORD PINTO CASE". Just because tax is brought in from smoking does not mean it's a good thing; value of life is not just a number on a spreadsheet.

No you should not* feel guilty when you have a cigarette, i agree, but when you need help from the illnesss, without private insurance (which could not cause a problem), but instead you need help from NHS, yes i think it's problem. Why would people fat bash fat people for being fat and needed help but nobody says anything to smoker.

You should "go" when its your time, not when your enivoerment kills you.

Wouldn't that essentially mean the NHS was only for the unfortunate? People who have got illnesses through absolutely no fault of their own? Vegans with the flu. Most people requiring help from the NHS have probably done something to contribute to their illness.

The whole point of the NHS is a minimum level of health care for everybody, regardless of life choices.

I've changed my tune
