what about making a 'free record label' wing of dubstep.fm?
seems like you're half way there already, and that would attract even more attention to the station, djs, and producers alike, making it a dubstep community center like the forums or barefiles!!!

dubsteprecords.com will be the 'wing' of dubstep.fm which will do that sort of thing =]
