Bassline VST 2.1. does great wobbles using the default preset. Check on the H2O and Air websites for a free download ---> http;//www.crackedsoftware.com

Also, check in the bakery aisle of Tesco's for jelly, next to the custard mix and 100's 'n' 1000's. Fantastic wobbles at credit crunch beating prices! Every little helps!! ---> http://www.tesco.com/

AHAHAHAH merked it

1.How many DB do you compress the bass by?
2. What ratio do you tend to use?
3. Where do you high pass the kick?
4.How do you prevent the mid frequencies of the bass conflicting with the pad's and lead?
5. What is your favorite distortion plug in?
6. What effect's to you like to use as well as distortion? Any why?
7. What do you find the best quantize swing setting is in Logic/ your sequencer for hat's?
8. What do you have on your master bus and in what order?
9. How do you give the bass and kick their own space?
10. When you EQ, do you put level's up or take unwanted area's down?

im not asking for help.. simply justification of attitude from you son
So... you all know hoe to wobble... that's great.

What goes on next? Anybody payed for any of your music?

Have you completed any music?

Do you have high post counts as a result of being frustrated with your productions and spending more time on here?

Actually, I've been producing for years, and as you've rightly pointed out, haven't really made anything! (Nor do I pay for most of my tunes, that's what myspace rippers are for)

But to be fair, making a post called 'bass' on this forum is likely to get a million wobble haters posting hatred...

Your right though, we should be sharing bassline production techniques, even for production forum n00bs.

Regarding wobbles, I prefer LFO wobbles over the beating effect that can be achieved by playing two notes at the same time one selitone apart.

After that, I recently discovered that popping a ring modulator at the front of a distortion chain turned up some funky wobbles!

If I had my studio pc setup and had the free time, I'd love to ge tback to producing tunes again!

Peace
