Dirt system, without a doubt. Far better than what I've heard anywhere else so far when it comes to Dubstep

:o How?!!
Well the first time I went apparently part of the system was off getting a tune up or something. So it wasn't that loud.

And the last time was for that thing where Maurizio was supposed to be playing - it was really loud that time but unless I was stood in a certain spot I couldn't hear anything except the bass.

I dunno, perhaps I'm too fussy. That's why I like FWD/Futureproof's systems - they're really loud and bassy but also pretty much crystal clear in the mids and tops.

i dont think that's fussy at all - but then maybe i'm fussy ;) far too often good sets and good systems get messed up because djs get carried away with their levels or engineers aren't getting the acoustics of the room (or it's nigh on impossible to work with). It's a team effort with loads of factors really.
I think it's pretty difficult to select a "Best" system as a concept of always being on top form, with djs respecting the horns and realising that loud isnt always better (god forbid ;)), or on the flip using so many filters that it is damn tricky to get a good clear sound out on a big rig with a setup that may have sounded spot on in a studio.....
All of the ones i've mentioned i've heard sounding pretty bad at times and a few have had serious damage to their systems in just a single night.... but when a good system and their skilled engineers have a chance to shine in the right environment, it's truly a memorable experience across the board.

The first time I went to Corsica Studios I had trouble breathing during a Cluekid b2b Jakes set.

But I'm keen to see if Matter lives up to its hype?!

Not sure how much dubstep was played, but caught Aba Shanti at Lakota a few months back...that was nuts.

Plastician on Valve is way up there IMO...batshit crazy stuff.

Yet to hear the Dirt rig, but I'm hoping I will someday! Heard nothing but love.

The soundsystem in Matter is deadly.

I went for the bedrock 10th anniversary party and it was amazing. If there is a dubstep night there at any point im there.

Corsica soundsystem is brutal, especially in room 2.

hahaha, aye, be warned I got whipped straight off the dancefloor, dragged into a back room and THOROUGHLY searched, hands downa nd round my boxers, tee shirt up, under arm pits. About two bawhairs short of a full cavity. Luckily diched everything on the floor while i was trygin to put my drink soemwhere...lucky.

in all fairness i probably looked like a drug dealer.

Best system I've ever heard is the main room in the tresor, so powerful and crisp - but that wasn't for dubstep. Dunno if much in the way of dubstep has been played on the Berghain system, as the substance nights are in the panorama bar. Might have got it wrong on that one though.

As for systems for dubstep, its gotta be plastic people for me. I think it's because the room is so small, that it really hits you hard. I remember being really impressed with the iration system when I went, but I think plastic people just takes it.

Pure Filth soundsystem in a private loft for Skream last year around this time, downtown LA.

The dancefloor was undulating. I thought it was just the whiskey playing tricks on me but everyone else felt it too. It was pretty surreal.
