I'm curious about how you stuffed the chicken, did you just cut a slit in it and place everything in, I was considering getting one of those food injectors, sort of like a basic smackheads syringe but bigger...BNanni wrote:
That would be Chicken, stuffed with wholegrain mustard, mozzerella, cheddar and then wrapped in bacon.
Anyway, what I had for tea... well I marinaded some chicken earlier today, 2 fillets in some tandoori marinade I made, and the other in some cajun/peri peri marinade I made, my mum bought me a george forman earlier aswell so I gave that a go, and other than cleaning the bastard all went well... still wish I had a proper grill, will do the cajun chicken tomorow. Oh and I jus had it in a bowl with some mayo.

Oh you just cut a little pocket in the chicken, shove all the cheese etc in and wrap bacon round it.AddicteDub wrote:I'm curious about how you stuffed the chicken, did you just cut a slit in it and place everything in, I was considering getting one of those food injectors, sort of like a basic smackheads syringe but bigger...BNanni wrote:

I could do a lil recipe if anyone wants it?
Oh and Dza.. where were you huh?!
I told you i was doing it today!
I'm alright for a recipe mate, I jus wondered what your method was... I'll have to post some pics up when I next cook, discovered tuna fillet the other day, and since then i've bought 4 tuna fillets, pure protein and low in fat, will need to experiment with marinades etc... that's all I cook really, fillets and a side, usually rice, or curly fries, or wedges, i used to make noodles, but got lost in a burial track shortly after plating it up, and when I went to eat it, it was rock hard, put me off for abit...BNanni wrote: Oh you just cut a little pocket in the chicken, shove all the cheese etc in and wrap bacon round it.
