having recorded the webcam mic made it even WORSE though, because I had a recording... just a fucking awful one

This is what happens when you have crappy clicks. If someone is just clicking ads, I'm sure google observes this and nerfs the payout on the clicks. Got to get good legitimate clicks. I think I was getting some crappy clicks, I was getting between 0 and .10 each.

I'm doing the click requests now, I need some (LONG) clicks as well. Please make sure you do a long click and browse around, sign up, download if possible. I'm doing the same.

my CTR is at 6.5% so its not TOO bad

but i've got enough flashy ad's on there to mean that i should be getting a bit more than fucking penny per click wtf??

Meh, I've kind of given up on the money aspect of the whole thing. I've made about 1 quid in the past 2 weeks and my CTR is at 30%, but tbh, after 1 month of stuff, I've earned less than a day wage, so I'm just posting for the love of it at the moment.

im not doing this to make a shit ton of money but if its there to be made i'd rather make the most of it than abandon it

It depends on who the clicks are coming from. If someone is just cruzing along clicking ads, you're not going to get anything from the click. From what I can tell. Just keep developing your content and you'll get plenty of high value clicks.
