It's stupid to get drunk at events you enjoy.

agreed. when i used to go to enter shikari shows (they were my favourite band) and got drunk, i find myself not rememebring anything at all because of the mixture of alcohol and excitement. even when i was sober it felt like just a weird dream sensation sometimes. i never drink at music nights, i have a coke and a cig and concentrate on the tunes

I'll admit to being one of those people, too many times I've woken up after a night out and can't remember a thing that happened during the night. Just feels like a massive waste of money really, going to be a sober raver again this year.

Depends, sometimes I like getting drunk and having a laugh, other times I'll just have a few and vibe to the tunes. Depends how I feel, who I'm with, etc!

If I get so drunk I can't remember everything properly I get pissed off though.

I think ive got it down pretty well after years of getting wrecked every weekend. Except last weekend when I passed out from drinking but it was at the end of the night so its fine

Not that heavy a drinker really and my brother doesn't drink at all, don't particularly enjoy being drunk most of the time, sometimes it can be a laugh but usually it just makes feel rough

Yeah, best not to get too drunk unless you've been dragged along to a club where the music is waste. If you've dropped no need to drink much though I usually take a pretty conservative approach when I drop so I remember stuff anyway.
