my thing is what i like to call a "bagel smash" (no, its not fucking a bagel). You toast it, then immediately out of the toaster, place one or two slices of your fav. cheese on and SMASHHH the thing together... that way the heat from the bagel kinda melts the cheese but like... not really, but sort of melts it to varying degrees depending on how hot your bagel smash is.
Cut in halves and serve warm. mmmmmmmmmmm....
