Don't know the percentages :p just the absolutes!
1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight, which is about 140 grams
0.4 grams of fat per lb of bodyweight, is roughly 55 grams
And the rest of my calories come from carbs.
Your body only looks at what it gets, not "percentages". Depending on composition, activity, etc, it can vary too much and it's better to just give what YOUR BODY needs than some arbitrary numbers :0
Edit: just calculated it anyway..
20/60/20
Haha. Hefty carb intake. It'll probably even out as I get heavier.
Anyway. YAY CARDIO DAY

Not lo-cal in anyway, but a nice way to get some protein and carbs.. and well, calories haha. I JUST tried it. Just improvising cuz I sure as hell am gonna keep my diet interesting >.>
Banana semolina porridge with chocolate protein
I made it like this, tho u can substitute the whey for any flavor you like and the almond milk for regular.
Heat up a quarter liter of almond milk, don't boil it obv. In the meantime, mash a normal sized banana until its completely gooey. Lower the heat and then stir in one and a half scoop of chocolate protein, mix it in well until most of it is diluted into the milk and THEN stir in the banana mush. Keep stirring until it's got the consistency you like and then add 50 grams of seminola and continue to stir while turning off the stove and add a bit of cinnamon. When it's mixed in well put it into a bowl and let it cool a little bit.
Enjoy and worship me for giving you this awesome recipe.
502 calories
41 grams of protein
75 grams of carbs
5 grams of fat
Bulkign food much?
You could easily get away with using just one scoop of protein, 0.2 liters of milk and 40 grams of seminola tho. A bit of honey might taste good in it too.

Uhm. I've never had this before and I've been lifting for yonks...
I have a painful redline, almost like blood rushed skin, on my forearm. Today I did deadlifts/rows/curls so my forearms took a beating. I've had stretchmarks before... is this gonna be the mother of all stretchmarks?

That sounds really strange.. Photo?
My progress: I've packed on 6.5lbs over the last three weeks, only 4.5 to go. Consuming a delicious 5000-5500 cal per day

Gonna up it in a min'. Hurts when I touch it too haha. Oh man, if this is a stretchmark it'll be so big, my kids will be inherit it.
That's a fuckload of mass in such a short period of time, man. How much of it you reckon's gonna be muscle?
I'm going for a slow-ass bulk at half an lb a week now. Want at least 2/3 or 3/4 of it to be muscle.

Hopefully all of it. I've been training like a maniac.
I've never bulked like this before so I don't really know what to expect.
If I build up the courage i'll upload a pic once I'm finished

6.5lbs of muscle in 3 weeks is impossible, AFAIK. 3 months would be more realistic for those kind of gains, unless you're juicy.

Trying to be optimistic here guys.
I realise it's not all going to be muscle. I'm trying to build it.

Ah fair enough, I got confused when you said;
Molzie wrote:Hopefully all of it
0.5lbs per week of muscle is a realistic/optimistic target, up until a point.

I'm on the opposite way down atm. Pushing the cardio hardddd but trying to minimise muscle loss as much as poss at same time, not fun at all.

Up HIIT, no carbs on non training days, nuts/avocados for energy, that sort of thing? Assuming you're on a cut.

Going to buy a skipping rope today, never used one before so I'm pretty sure my shins are gonna be bruised tomorrow

The Cadillac of skipping ropes. Custom length for your height, cables weights for resistance, range of colours.
