Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :u:

Come back to my desk at work with a note saying can I give this person I sent a email a ring regarding the email I sent. The email I sent literally said ''Please can you confirm the name of the insurer''. In my job this is as simple as saying what is the make of the car you are driving. I dont understand how she couldnt just email back with an answer, or how the person that took the message couldnt help them!!! :u:

This day is going to be a long one!!!!!!!!!

Need to get into a good mood to record my mix later.

Disagree - some of my best mixes have been recorded out of anger and a need to unwind somehow without punching a cat.

Was it just for the design? Because £1500 is kinda average for a website design+build (if you have more than one page, a contact form etc...)

Really? I thought it seemed a bit excessive tbh. Either way, I've emailed a friend whose got a similar design to see how much he paid and will take it from there.

Well it really depends on the content, but if it's a 3 pages website and the guy has no coding to do then it might be a rip-off

Fucking holiday companies and their fucking incompetence!!!!!!!!!!! :u: :u: :u: :u:

Booked a holiday to Ibiza in the summer. Did this in Feb some time i think through www.bookableholidays.co.uk. They have now written to me nearly 2 months later, (after taking my money) to say that the website showed the wrong price and that if i want to re-book the same hotel it will be an additional £998.35!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fucking mugs. They have offered us an alternative in a part of ibiza we didnt want to stay, or we can get a refund. Flights are already booked and obvs non-refundable so have to be there then.

I literally dont think i could be any more pissed off today........need a blaze. Wheres my weed at!!?!?!?!?!

Bollocks to that mate. They're required to honour any price listed online same as if they'd wrongly marked something on a supermarket shelf. Get yourself a copy of the order confirmation that you would have recieved at time of booking, showing the old pricing. Email it to them as a PDF or whatever stating they either they honour it or you report them to trading standards.

Problem is it seems to be through a kinda sub broker. The letter says ''we have received the attached email from your hotel provider (holiday broker)''. I'm obviously going to say that its totally unacceptable and we expect them to honour the booking.....esp as its taken them 2 months to work out the price is wrong and see what happens!

Sub broker or not, it's still something that needs to be honoured. Hit up CAB if they're giving you issues.

Yeah i have a Confirmation email from then saying it was actually confirmed and i believe i had the option to print off the hotel stuff. When we were booking we had issues with another website aswell, but their emails stated they would call us to confirm our booking and within an hour they had called to say there was an issue. Which I accepted. This was 2months after we have booked it so I will defo be taking the stance that it has to be honoured. Its just all the hassle of having to fight them that I dislike..........why cant anything be simple.
