This from the BBC News
A man who was causing a disturbance outside Universal Studios in Florida died after being shocked with a Taser stun gun by off-duty police, US authorities have said.

"He was kind of pacing around, grabbing his beard, grabbing his head and hair, and they were trying to get a hold of him. He was being disorderly," said Sgt Jones, of the Orlando Police Department.
Dude is dead because he was stroking his beard and walking around, only in America..

Left a can of lager in the freezer a bit to long and was too impatient to wait for it to defrost.

Gentleman across the road has just yelled at us for having the music too loud on our impromptu house party. Despite my apologising and immediately turning it down/shutting the door, he continued to mouth off at us, at one point threatening to call the police. Whilst I appreciate his concern at the level of our sound pollution at this late hour, I nevertheless consider his comment regarding informing the authorities to be an over reaction.

Thankfully, I am quite stoned.

Ian Tomlinson is dead because he was walking home from work. Only in Britain.

De Menzes is executed by MI5 in public because of mistaken identity. Only in Britain.

Mr Stanley, a Glaswegian, walking home from a pub in Hackney in 1999 with a plastic bag. Shot dead by police who thought he was an armed IRA terrorist.

James Ashley, from Essex. Shot dead by police when he was unarmed and stark naked during a raid on his house.

Stephen Waldorf, shout about 20 times by police at point blank range and then beaten with a gun when the bullets ran out. Reason? Sat in a car outside Earl's Court and he looked like a suspect - in fact he was innocent.

That's just the ones I know well enough to cite off the top of my head, there's countless others, most of which aren't even written up or are brushed under the carpet by police coroners and the powers that be.

I just get tired of the America bashing in here. Usually done by people who haven't even been to the fucking country.
