really depends... sometimes people go ad crazy, sometimes not, and I have no idea why. traffic is never a bad thing tho

rough estimate, $10-50, but I still have some $0.70 days, some $70 days.

reddit traffic is great for reaching new audiences, but that never translates well into ad revenue (i'm assuming because it's the demographic that uses ABP)

I recently received a buyout offer (and subsequently a job offer) from an e-magazine, turned it down because the price point was laughable. I took it as a good sign though.

Forgive me for not scrolling through dozens of pages, but how does one make money from a blog? Sounds too good to be true.

Don't know if you could call it profit. You could call it money, but profit usually connotes revenue in excess of expenses, which factoring your time, you'd be better off giving shoe shines to foxconn workers.

i guess i should add that it should be a part time thing that you really enjoy doing, so it can be a leisure activity that generates revenue. personally i love finding and sharing good music, i would do it anyway, so why not earn my car insurance payments or gifts for my lady while i do it?

even if everyone blocked my ads, i'd still do it just for the free promo kits and connections i've made

This. Met a crazy amount of people thanks to Night Tracks, and now run a (fairly successful) label.

I thought I'd give up after a couple of weeks and 20 views.

Night Tracks is probably my favorite thing to arise out of all of this
