anyone interested in a 1TB seagate networked external hard drive? really good for storing stuff on for easy access, or use it for auto backups, without faffing with cables etc. i've got mine full of tv series etc to watch and i love it (ended up buying a 2TB and a 1TB like a fucking idiot so i'm selling the smaller one). you can also it as a web based server so it's accessible from anywhere and up to 5 people are able to login to it, and more if you pay for a subscription

one thing to note is that out of the box it's virtually useless for macs so if you read negative reviews that's why (or because of the shitty boxed software but you didn't even need to use that). the operating system on it means that you don't have write permissions to drag and drop files onto it with the finder (you have to use the shitty packaged software) but it's easily fixed with a little bit of know how
