No, he's not. Their output is barely even comparable. Chris Morris is far too collected to get embroiled in the type of public bickering that Brand goes for... he's master of the satirical dagger, not the oh-so-worthy public fracas. yeah, i bought percy literally because i was like.. it might grow on me.
tbh it's the only record in my collection i'd consider selling, but more after a trade for the right record..
that bbc mix from barely legal w/ wiley/scratchy/gods gift etc made percy sound so boring, IMO.
*i'm not at all a grime head, so most of those tunes were fresh too me.
