Sounds lovely. My days going the exact same, apart from that run

Eh, I drunkenly agreed a few months back to do a 10k run with my mates. The date arrived, and I didn't do it for various reasons - not being arsed, blisters from a festival, not training enough etc etc. Pussy excuses basically, and my mates ripped me for it.
So Ithought fuck it, have signed up to do a 5k round a park close to my flat in a couple of weeks, and am now hammering the training for it every other day so I don't get called a pussy again
Pride is a motherfucker of an incentive

you`re training to run 5kms?
hahahahahaha
I`m not terribly fit but I ran an 8km a while back.
Throwing up and cramping the whole way.
But hell, I didn`t train.
Probably a good idea to train.

Pretty much, yeah. I'm not a fat bastard by any stretch, but I wasn't in any sports teams or anything when I was a kid and my cardio levels at times are fucking embarassing. Plus I've never run outdoors, only ever down the gym on a treadmill, so needing to get a feel for tarmac under my feet, changing my breathing to compensate for being in the cold air etc etc.
All stuff that I really should've gotten a grip on when I was like 12/13
EDIT - 5000 posts, go team me

Well, here's to hoping.
Anyways, have cut down on my drinking massively, and am switching my diet up a bit - today's baugette as a result is smoked mackarel, egg, jalapenos, tomato & spinach on wholemeal

My pallete would melt from the amount of changes in taste on that thing!
Recently went on a college application spree, got the day off to schedule meetings and such.
Tune to finish aswell, should be good.

Mackarel & eggs for protein
Spinach & tomato for vitamins
Wholemeal baugette for fibre & carbs
Jalapenos for boosting metabolism
£1.50 well spent, washed down with a cup of green tea. I'm a healthy bastard, basically

Long day in the office, too much work to handle today, then a phone call to tell me my grandmother passed away this morning.
Sat down with a blunt now, then shower, and to the ladies house for dinner. Hopefully the night surpasses the morning :L

Amazing
Best start to the day with my young lady, pleasant drive into the office, just had a big fuck off bowl of Asda Extra Special Cranberry & Praline Pecan Museli w/ a sliced banana on top, and am enjoying the first green tea of the day

One of the worst Monday's in recent memory yesterday, so took myself off home early to watch the new X-Men with the missus. Sorted me out a treat
How is the week going so far?
