Hey, whose reviews do you guys read when deciding whether to see a new movie or not? I used to always read Ebert's reviews but the reviewers left in charge of his site are a bit shit comparatively.

The Colony
The less said about both the better.
Watching Gallowwalkers tonight...
Not expecting much but looks enjoyable enough.

Naked Lunch.
Not totally sure if it was good or not, but definitely would watch it again.
Would recommended it if you want something strange to watch.

Actually wasn't half as bad as I thought it was gonna be, started with promise and had some nice moments and well shot angles.
Lots of bad hair pieces though and the end confrontations with all the bad guys was a little anti climatic and lacked punch.

Swingers.
Awesome film, has aged a lot better than you'd expect.

Welcome to the Punch.
Another British film that suffers from British Film Syndrome.

The Iceman.
Shannon is on top form as always but the film feels loosely put together and doesn't seem to follow the biography I previously read on Kuklinski.

Thanks for the tip on this... absolutely brilliant. Subtle, believable, disturbing. The scene in the car is just...
Black Orpheus (1959)
Orpheus and Eurydice's love story told around carnival time in a Rio favela. Beautifully shot and genuinely engaging. Awesome music all the way through.
As Good As It Gets (1997)
Still wonderful.
Annie Hall (1977)
I think this is the first Woodie Allen movie I've actually got round to watching. I'm going to watch more.

Hollow - found footage movie with little to no payoff or pacing, don't bother.
