Ofcourse the shitcunt is kind of a good manager.. and it's bait how much critique he gets on that front especially when talking tactical approaches to a game.
But watch the next time his team goes against a team that is structured similarly, like for example Newcastle where you have a similar keeper and defence stucture and the game is fought mostly in one on one or setpiece situations. He doesn't win the most of those matches if the other part actually dares to put in effort.

The point is that he structures a team to be able to kind of bully other teams physically and then has one or two offensive players that imo he just keeps his hands off and lets do whatever. In Inter that was Zlatan which forced Eto'o to play a combination of wing/wingback most of the time. In Madrid it was Ronaldo and Øzil had to go. In Chelsea he forced Mata out and turned Willian into a wingback and so on. It might bring results but it's certainly not the most positive represantation of what is meant to be entertaining or at least technical.
