At the same it is a science that you aren't an expert in. You know?
To be able to actually discern the truth in a media climate that is funded by large cooperations like we have, where a lot of science is funded sort of the same way, it would be incredibly naive to think the companies wouldn't try to affect both the discussion and the science itself. That's not an inviation to shout illuminate though, just the nature by now.

There's escapingly little scientifical legitimacy belonging to the words:
random or hippie.
It's just silly adjectives with no relevance what so ever.

The way science is funded is mostly wrong. It's as problematic as big pharma.

I have an a-level in psychology which is probably more than any of these hippies know about anything they talk about, i also read a lot of peer reviewed academic papers on the subject so again better than a hippy crackpot blog. But that's pretty irrelevant anyway.

Yes of course companies will have an influence on the research and the outcome of it but that doesn't mean that there isn't a right answer. Yes of course discerning accurate information from the media and blogs and whatever else is difficult, that is my point. The corruption, if you want to call it that, isn't just limited to fracking and oil, david camerons father in law and many other very wealthy men do extremely well from wind farms.

So instead of trying to deal with these problems, which i am sure have been dealt with now, and improve the technology we should abandon it altogether?

The longer the government put off making nuclear power the number 1 energy source the longer we will need these *potentially* harmful other methods.

Yeah, it has been dealt with. The people that have showed their burning tap water have been sued heavily. So much so, that other home owners have wisely chosen to silence themselves for fear of reprisal. Laws are being passed to make it a felony to disclose the chemicals used in fracking. Yes, it is definitely being dealt with in the way that your kind deals with these things.

Until you're ready to drink that water, or move next to Fukushima (which by all official accounts is only mildly radioactive, posing no real health risks) shut it.
