Buy vinyl and have nothing to play it on OR buy a record player/decks and have nothing to play..

I started buying stuff to have on my wall (fav albums or songs that I love) now its kind of expanding

so lets say you have no record player but you intend to get one/decks at some point

some release comes out that you'd really love to own and play when you do have it

if someone buys vinyl its probable that their end-game intent is to play it on something. i started collecting vinyl a few years before i could play them on anything, and then when the day came that my brothers shitty old gemini's were handed down, i was swimming in enter shikari remixes and cheap, nasty house

everyones gotta start somewhere.

as a side note: people that buy vinyl purely as a business venture to then sell it on and make a bit of cash.. not really a fan of you

you don't need a pair of technics, a >£30 second hand ting with some new styluses will do you just fine until you get the money for something better, surely? Check out Cash Converters or something.
