Chelada:
Coarse salt
Ice
Juice of 1 to 2 limes
12 ounces Mexican beer, such as Negra Modelo
Salt the rim of a highball glass and fill with ice. Add about two finger-widths lime juice. Pour in beer, adding as you sip.
