They get jacked up by hermione ffs
I got that, but to me it's more about them letting you know they hang out with people you are supposed to consider a-list whatever. Like maybe the Rihanna bit worked because it's scrawny Michael Cera slapping her ass, but at the same time it's all so fucking baity I want to hate their other work now - a bit at least.

Suggested Brain Damage as it's the same director who did Basket Case and wrote Frankenhooker. It's stupid but it has some good scenes. Basket Case is a must

u wot m7. Kiss kiss bang bang is fucking good.

I just watched The Great Gatsby, and after they seemingly fired the guy that picked the back ground music half way through It was a much better film for it.

I've been watching a lot recently...

Spring Breakers - Liked way more than I thought I was going to...

Harmony Korine is caught somewhere between brilliance and flat out horrible...
But I'd say Spring Breakers definatly falls to his brilliant side...subversive

The Widow of St. Pierre - A+

Simple Classic - period piece - gorgeous cinematography - beautiful story line

Black Orpheus - Loved It!

another classic - the people just never stop dancing in this film - it's hilarious!!!
so good...

I recommend all 3...

Meet the Feebles is another good one, bizarre ass muppet movie by Peter Jackson.

Mud

Coming of age drama similar to Stand By Me, with a crime thriller subplot. Thoroughly enjoyed it, McConaughey not getting an Oscar nod was criminal. 98% on Rotten Tomatoes currently :Q:

I've heard really good things about McConaughey in this as well as Killer Joe.

Seems he finally learnt how to act...

I like to think that Eastbound & Down was a life changing experience for him...
There is also this movie in which he looks pretty amazing: www.imdb.com/title/tt0790636

Watched Dredd Last night. The way they shot the effects of taking the slowmo drug was sweet.
Apart from the cgi blood (lol) it was pretty good.
