Benny Page..... under-rated

When listening to Youngsta's sets and I realised that a lot of the tunes were Benny Page it dawned on me just how good his productions are. I've got all the stuff he's released on Digi soundboy but that's not enough. He manages to make songs which are deep and dancey at the same time, which is quite an achievement.

What does eveyone else reckon?

I totally Agree, the man needs more releases, his rinse set recently was so sick.... but i guess he's signed exlusively to digi soundboy? shame...

Are you sure? I've got loads of his old drum and bass on all different labels. Maybe just exclusive for dubstep?

yeah totally agree, loving his dubstep. he definately needs some more releases

I see him on alot of flyers with artists signed to 10 bag/ 3.5? He played at innovation in the dubstep room which was mainly 10 bag artists? but that was because it was put on by wil blaze and thc....

:o link me to that if you don't mind!

Yeh i think D'n'B wise he gets a fair few releases, but dubstep terms he's only had 2-3 i think (feel free to catalogue he's releases if anyone knows of any more)

i agree, his set at big chill was phenomenal.. tiny rum bar tent completely stacked out with people, without a doubt in the running for best act of the whole festival for me..

closely tied with congo natty and kode 9 and spaceape that is...

He does some wicked D&B as well, notably 'turn down the lights'.
