its really really good, really intense, much more so than his previous work (that ive heard anyway), i'd strongly recommend you getting it. only listened to it once through so far but i can feel its gonna be one to go back to again and again, really richmushug wrote:Saw this on a portuguese music forum, not that I really like this list but nice to see Burial in the middle of artists like Ali Farka Touré and Sonic Youth.

Burial's the only one I own. Don't even recognize most of this stuff to be honest. This year I seem to have been buying mostly 12"'s, and mostly dubstep. Makes me realise that this has been the first year in a very long time that I've been buying mostly one genre in twenty years.
Been listening to loads of other styles but really hasn't been much else I've been paying attention to in a while. Not saying it's a good or a bad thing, but I've really lost touch with music journalism and mass media for a long time.

I think we're going to see Burial in a lot of end of your poll's . Maybe even Kode 9 aswell? I wouldn't be surprised if a Dubstep all stars comp makes into a few poll's to..
