music/production videos

Post by backy » Thu Sep 03, 2009 7:28 pm

anyone know of any good music/production dvd's? not even necessarily to do with dubstep but just anything good. interviews, studio visits, production techniques, good quality interesting live shows just some interesting things to watch. preferably free, youtube links or something. would be nice to have a collection of these. im sure everyone here has some favourites on youtube.

Just type in what DAW u use into youtube and sift through the results until you find something usefull. I don't have my mac connected to the internet so i use my PC and my memory is shockin so I used to sit there with a pen and pad, watch the video and write down all the key points then go to my mac where aI had a training project folder and practise the technique a few times until it was embedded in my brain!

Its quite usefull coz now i have a folder of usefull techniques but there is no better technique than learning about sound in general. Understand what your doing!

There is alot of one trick pony's out there.
