i was talking with terekete about it he said he'll do it if enough people want it so yay or nay to it. i think we should since so many people use it and the minute it falls to the 2nd page people start making thread on how to make a sound. we could start a new one and sticky it or just use the old one

We have plenty of stickies that ignored already.
Also, I like separate threads for separate sounds personally, makes them easier to search.
Certainly better than combing through a 20 page thread to find out a sound was referenced or badly described.

yeah for the above mentioned reasons i'd vote against
starting to see only stickies at the top of the forum anyway,
plus the long threads ARE really hard to get what you are looking for, out of.
until we can subthread threads I think they should be solo threads, even if they do just keep popping up
we only tell people to be origional anyway!

I vote sticky everything and have done with it! but prob wouldn't need to sticky anything if the search function wasn't so useless on here.

Nah I don't think it should be stickied. I reckon individual threads would be more helpful (within reason to aviod people making the same threads about simple sounds).

no i wouldnt want it there tbh, sorry.
But you could use you MOD POWER to attemt to get the search function improved, other PHPBBs arent as bad as this one for some reason.

yeah I've said it before. they should at least have a 'sort by thread title' option in there. sometimes I type the exact title of a thread and then I have to scroll 10 pages to find the thread sandwiched between other irrelevant threads.
a bit of an exaggeration, but still.
