Nothing decent. Don't even bother with Reflex, they're so disorganised.
Its usually worth saving up for a bit then hoppin on a train to Leeds and goin to Tribe records.

mate, you'll have a sick time at leeds, just finished 3 years at uni there myself and wish i was back for another year!
in terms of nights, look out for the metropolis/valve soundsystem ones which are on at least twice a month and bring in all the big dnb/dubstep nights, then theres the unbelievable amounts of smaller nights which on everyday of the week all around the city.
in terms of the smaller nights, look out for vagabondz, ruffage (run by darkmatter on here) and winston's gardens (antisocial residency in leeds, the choices are endless really.
Also, look out for distinction's name on any flyers, he normally drops some absolutely stinking dubs in his sets. I remember when he dropped the vip of rock the bells at vagabondz and the whole room went nuts, got about 3 wheels!

You can catch Distinction alongside Cluekid @ LSS on the 29th October @ Hifi.
In the meantime though:

I dont even think there is a trading record shop is Sheffield after Jacks closed down.
As for Rephlex its basically a room full of overpriced, unorganized, poorly cared for records, not a record shop. Its all about the pilgrimage to Tribe.
