Sounding pretty nice but the tune is a bit flat. Try sidechaining the bass to the kick and send all the percussion to a bus and have a compressor on it which is sidechained to the kick again.

The beats need a bit more low end too, don't have any punch to them at the moment.

Sidechaining is something I need to learn more about.

I was concious about the drums (kick in particular) clashing with the bass so I was trying not to give them too much in the bottom end. Hopefully when I get some monitors i'll be able to pick these things out better. Cheers

i'm on Fruity loops 7 atm

think its basically a case of improving my mixdowns

that tune of yours sounds dark, i like it. Just needs the drums to hit harder as mine does
