10/10 Wholemeal @ Jam, Shoreditch - Floating Points

Wholemeal is three young lads' answer to scene subscriptions; the result of their desire to go to a regular night and see something different each time - to give the public a party, not just a scene. Wholemeal is an ever-growing collective of like-minded people; one that does away with the restraint of genres, embraces diversity and originality, and remembers where it all came from.
We are pleased, proud and generally chuffed to present Floating Points for our first party on the 10th October.
Since first being tipped by Brownswood badboy and pioneer of the worldwide beat Giles Peterson two years back, Sam’s been pushing out some incredible dancefloor tracks, and has recently started recording live projects with his own Floating Points Ensemble. We’ve got him for two hours of anything-goes, jazz influenced house, garage and dubstep. And That. Makes. Us Happy.
We’ve also got an additional 4K of sound for Jam’s grubby (intimate) basement to add some poke to the proceedings. Joining Floating Points are the UK’s second favorite South-American export Mateus Gregianin and Doug Manfredini who will be spinning a heady blend of baille-tech and good old fashioned house music, and Wholemeal residents Esselle.
Come join us for some £4 Floating flavour favours.
