home audio suggestions

couldnt decide where to put this so it ended up here. anyone have suggestions about a good sound system? really only worried about bass, surround sound isnt that big of a deal at this point.

you absolutely cannot go wrong in any way with any piece of gear that bears the NAD logo. Clear as a fuckin bell. No noise floor. Well capable of pushing 30 Hz without sounding like it's working for it, even as low as 25-40 watts per channel powering 3-way boxes with 10" paper. Extremely good bang for the buck.
