Didn't know if there was another thread on this tune but I just heard Skream play it on Rinse. Does anyone have any information on it? Who is this guy? Is it getting released?

One thing is for sure. The tune is sick

Been released very recently, it's a dub tune as appose to a Dubstep one but you're right it's heavy as hell. Got my copy from Tribe in Leeds
